What does everyone eat before morning training?

I normally have a couple of pieces of taost with jam, and then a banana on the way.

I eat a small bowl of cereal and a Powerbar, with some water. I occasionally drink sugar free energy drinks.

Banana to prevent cramps, Peanutbutter toast for the energy, and water-downed gatorade for the electrolytes and fluid

6x days a week for the past 13 years of my life
On sundays I usually treat myself to Denny's or something allong that line

The same as yedips - nothing. I'm in the pool at 6.30 am and if I ate before swimming I'd be sick in the water.
