Breakfast
I eat a small bowl of cereal and a Powerbar, with some water. I occasionally drink sugar free energy drinks.

Re: Breakfast
The same as yedips - nothing. I'm in the pool at 6.30 am and if I ate before swimming I'd be sick in the water.
