Great response, Tex.

To be honest, I have switched my verbage with my older two groups from "shoulder rotation" to "shoulder extension" because what I want to see if not necessarily the shoulders rotate, but to see the arms fully extended in front just prior to the catch; I hope that's not confusing.

The "hip rotation" has been changed from "rotate your hips" to "generate power from the hips" which is similar to what you pointed out, Tex.

The key here, I think, is to remember that you want to maintain momentum and over-rotating your hips or shoulders will increase drag because it will also alter body position negatively.
