    I really like the fact that you are sharing your experience with others. As far as your exercises go, I have been using them for about 7 years now and can say that they work.

    I'm trying to create a better way of communicating with other coaches so that we might learn from each other. Do you have Facebook? Maybe we could create a group specifically for sharing different views on technique....

    I'm just thinking out loud here...
