Default tingling across shoulder blades

Hi-new to the forum-can you help please?
I've only been swimming for approx 18 months every day for 30 mins approx-
I breaststoke continuously for these 30 minutes...
I've recently noticed I am getting a tingling across my shoulder blades the day after....
Should I take supplements? Fish oil? Glucosamine sulphate?
I'm in my late 40's.

Karen

Tingling across the shoulderblades is a direct consequence of nerve-damage or nerve-impedament (is that spelled correctly?). I speak from experience. Try to build up more muscle between your shoulderblades and take vitamine B supplements to crank up your nerves. That was the solution in my case. Then again I was 15y old at the time and my nerve damage resulted from over-training. Consult a docter before you do anything else, including more swimming, because a tingling-sensation is always connected to your nerve-system.
